No, it is still in effect. You can go to Fincen.gov to learn more

@@ShibiviaDempress I’m not trying to argue with you, however I did go to fincen.gov. Latest news is BOI is Currently not required but one can voluntarily submit . Here’s an explanation: Current Status: Due to a nationwide preliminary injunction issued by a U.S. District Court in Texas on December 3, 2024, the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) are temporarily suspended.

Don't gentrify. Always put this in the context of locals wages. The more foreigners move in to these countries with complete disregard for supply and demand, the locals get priced out of their homes.
@ShibiviaDempress3 күн бұрын
Thailand has been welcoming foreigners for years, but unlike in some countries like the U.S, this hasn’t led to gentrification or locals being priced out. Here’s why: 1. Affordable Living for Locals: Most locals live in areas with housing and goods priced for their income, while expats often choose more expensive neighborhoods. 2. Local Ownership: Thai laws restrict foreign ownership of land and certain businesses, ensuring locals retain control over key assets. 3. Economic Growth: Foreigners boost the economy by creating jobs and supporting local businesses without displacing communities. 4. Strong Community: Locals have tight-knit social and family systems that help them stay resilient and thrive. The Thai economy has managed to integrate foreign influences without displacing local communities. Instead of gentrification, the influx of foreigners often enhances opportunities for locals by supporting job creation, stimulating the tourism industry, and fostering cross-cultural exchanges. While it’s essential to remain mindful and respectful of local customs and communities of course,Thailand’s systems are well-equipped to maintain balance and fairness for both locals and expats.

I’ve watched lots of digital nomad videos where people move to working remote jobs and just do it from wherever they happen to be. Most don’t have kids, but I’ve seen some who do. They tend to live pretty cheaply because they do it from low cost of living countries. That’s one of the reasons so many people post travel vlogs from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia (Bali specifically), Costa Rica, Egypt, Morocco, etc. I used to live overseas (not wealthy, husband was from there), and rent was about 20% of what it cost in the US. Electricity was about $15 a month running the AC almost constantly. I don’t remember what water cost, but it was a few dollars. Phone service was a bit expensive compared to other utilities, but still was only about $30 a line. Food was super cheap compared the US, especially street food. Clothes were super cheap unless you bought European or American brands, which many people did (just not their whole wardrobe unless they made good money). This was in the 2000s.

Cultivation is a human right and they practice it properly. Greed over food is something that needs to stop being practiced in many other countries. Farming is the one thing that should be normal in the U.S especially.

How much do you pay your nanny? How did you find her? Can you please make a video about that?
@ShibiviaDempress14 күн бұрын
Great question, to protect her privacy, I don't necessarily share exactly how much she gets paid, however, in future I may give an idea of the range to expect. It all depends on duties, number of children etc. Since I've gotten a lot of questions about the move abroad process, I created an in depth Toolkit that goes over hiring, salary, navigation the visa process etc. Let me know if you would like me to send that to you.

I retired at 52 and honestly, I wish I’d done it sooner. The 9-to-5 grind steals your freedom for a paycheck that barely scratches the surface. My advice? If you’re in your late 30s or early 40s, start saving for FIRE now - Financial Independence, Retire Early. And if you’re in your 50s, invest smartly and break free from relying on your job. Market trends, like the Trump Effect, have made millions for many, including me. Stay focused, stay consistent, and remember: financial freedom is within reach if you make it a priority.
@Florencewalter-o4s24 күн бұрын
Exactly My point! The 9to5 grind is just not worth it the stress and low payoff. What specific steps did you take to break free?
