I have written quite a few fanfics about this series. It was initially to express my displeasure at the fact that Satellizer remained receptive to humiliation in the first few episodes when she could have fought back at any time. Kazuya did not trust her with something he had to do alone and runs off to an old lab under the invitation of his grandfather, Gengo Aoi, who wants to show him something. Or so it would seem. Further reinforcing this displeasure of mine is the fact that I have English heritage running through my veins, and I am proud of it. But later I thought “this has potential” so I came up with more ideas for stories. Some of these stories are only marginally connected to the main characters but the point is to demonstrate the general public’s stance on the war itself through my anthology fanfics. Artistic methodology, wouldn’t you say?

I liked Evol more than the original series, simply because the relationships were much stronger and the characters had far more personalty than the original who were pretty much forgettable with only one scene really standing out in the original and it was the footballer kicking the ball, higher and higher, which showed to me how weak the series actually was, so Evol is the best entry in the series, thou I think without the original series theme song, it would of been a forgettable anime.
