@@urbansgarageestonia From 7:41 on, it's in stereo. Before that, it's only coming from the left speaker. Perhaps you have your system audio set to mono? In that case, you wouldn't hear this.

I was born in 1965 and still ❤️❤️❤️❤️everything about the decade today. Many reasons but Cars are ‘up there’ The ‘top’ of my list is ANY E TYPE from the start so around 1961. However the Porsche from around 1962/4 are also my favourite and is second Having spent time during Covid looking at the ‘behind the scenes’ of the James Bond Films Sean had by 1962 had a good career By around 1958/9 Sean owned a Porsche which was pictured in black and white It looked amazing I wonder if he sold it or did he still own it by the time he died. OH MY nearly 4 years ago 🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧👍 👍 ❤️❤️

Dad owned a ‘64 356 in Bali Blue. This one doesn’t have history in the southeastern US does it?

Bali blue is such a nice color it gives strong memories... This car was found in New York by Wright Brothers, in unobtanium inc. Which sold it to our client. This car is 1965. We dont know more of the older history.

Herr Urban, Wie Gehts? Another fine job, no doubt. Exceptional details throughout on this job. What I found interesting is your treatment of the underbody, the floors in particular, in the states on earlier cars, many restorers will undercoat the floor then paint it black, sometimes a satin black. I believe this Irish Green 911T's floor shows the beige rubberrized undercoating sprayed on with maybe a UBS Becherpistole and a light overspray of Irish green from the main body paint application As I understand, this is how newer Porsches are finished. The floors are putty/beige with overspray of color coat applied during the paint stage. Can you suggest what product you recommend for that yellowish rubberized undercoating, We have a new floor going in a 1966 912 and I am leaning toward how you did it on this car. Danke! Dave

Hallo, alles gut. The first 911 and 912 had black unterschutz. A similar product today is sold by würth. This car is a 1970, they looked like this, its also a unterschutz, gray, not black. Its sprayed with a special gun to get that rough surface as original. Overspray as per factory, black in wheelarches, all cars different, made by hand. Look for pictures of not restored cars! Yes, todays greyscale is not exciting.. look at old pictures from 60-70ties, green, brown, yellow, orange, you name it all great colors

Incredible shop. First class love that spray booth. Your payroll must be huge. Wow. Great artists all busy best of luck. I’ll be watching the one guy quietly in the back working on electric conversions. Eventually that dept will be growing as we switch more classics to ev Exciting stuff !

I had a 59 356A 1600S back in the old days. A friend had a 67 S. It blew my mind how much Porsche had progressed in eight years. Seeing these two cars of two generations but built the same year is remarkable. The restorations are peerless. You should be very proud.

Hi, in this case, same year, i still think the 356 is a better car.. comparing a 59 and a 67S yes... Thats really a big difference, 59 has still the monkey shifter and 67S is a 911 with already 4 years in production and development. Thank you for the comments on the restoration. Since you mentioned 911S car i can tell you we are currently restoring the very first S equipped 911 in our workshop now. Video will come..

when you sell one 356 porsche for $1.5M (when done).... its easy to have a shop like that.

A fun day! I loved that green 911 - such a nice color. By the way, I noticed on your 356 the ignition switch is located to the right of the steering wheel. Other 356 cars I have seen have the switch on the left. Is there an explanation??? I hope all is well with you and your company,

All well, very busy, spring is coming.. waiting for the roads to dry up. Yes fun indeed, not long now to this years event. 356 Speedster, roadsters, most 550 and 904s had it on right side, i guess they didnt fit well on left side Keep on Porscheing 👍

Converting classic Porsches to electric is not a good idea therefore, the car loses its soul. Electric cars are dull, lifeless and boring medieval antiquity and would drive around like an electric switchboard. The hydrogen-powered piston engine is the future.

Thanks for your input, belive me when i say our cars will not be dull. And we are doing this electric projekt to satisfy needs/wishes from owners/customers, we have done the study, we are seeing a future. Lets come and see when cars are finished.
