I don’t really notice a difference in the decibels between the new and old ones. We added the fan noise as a SFX. The new fans are quiet and it’s the only option. That is the RV industry for ya.

Hipi RV, I like that! My wife and I had a problem with our refrigerator, so we called the repair man that we usally use, but couldn’t get them. So we called Hipi RV. Jason, answered the phone right away, I told him our problem, and he was there in an hour, and took care of the problem. Good thing, we had just put $150. Bucks worth of food in there. Plus, he’s a great guy to deal with! 😊

Add this vent also to the list lol. My fan blade busted up. Heat cheap plastic. I finally cut that screen. And that's as far I got 😂. The lid won't open but that's okay it's not leaking either. Added to a list.

Nice tip on applying the Teflon tape in the direction you'll be tightening! I like to put a deep socket on the end of the road to start hand-threading it back in. It makes turning the rod and getting the threads started much easier.

There a few different ways to reset . To bad none of these work for my norcold . It has been so long that I dont remember how to reset mine . It overheats ever summer , so decided time to just replace it with electric one .

@@jdsmith5060 This is for any Norcold refer with the “Old Style” Rectangular boards. It is a different procedure for the “Newer Style” square boards.

Just bought one of those wands. I used it to flush my Kubota BX radiator, so dual purpose! When refilling or draining the water heater, I open the TPR valve.

@@pounderish Is the high temp switch tripped on refer. I would do the refer reset. Not always, but majority of time that’s the problem.
