Totally unnecessary and a waste of money. My ex business partner owned a 25,000 home Paid about $10,000,000 over $120k on lighting alone! $130k per year in Property taxes $60k in electricity only to sell it less than 5 years at a loss! Think practically and you won’t waste any thoughts of owning such a monstrosity.

This home was own by a NFL player who ran a foul of Montgomery county and the school district. I believe he was transferred to another team in another state. The home did not sale. Not sure if it has been sold to date.

This will always be one of my favorite places. Saw this years ago. Dark wood always looks expensive. Warm and cozy. White looks cheap and cold.

I remember when it was built in the late 90's. It was an absolute cluster .... Cost broke $10 million as I remember. There were about 6 different builders involved; fire one then hire another. The story on this home is not pretty,
