Great job everyone! At 57 years old, the Katalyst EMS training has been a gamechanger for me. Even though I've never had a weight issue, I've never been very athletic throughout my life. The idea of going to a gym or health club and having others "watch" me while I tried to workout wasn't anything that I was ever going to do. Then along came Katalyst...and for the past five months I've been slowly watching my body transform as I've stayed consistent with the training. I'm gaining muscle mass in places that I (nor my wife) never knew I even had muscles. ;) I've also noticed the ability to function on a daily basis without the fear of injury. As I said in the training chat, thank you to all of the trainers for all that you do to keep us motivated. You are truly making a difference in a lot of lives!

I used to be an avid strength trainer but due to serious joint issues my days of weights at the gym are behind me. Can't wait to get started on my Katalyst journey! Thank you to Dr. Sapan for sharing her experience and recommending the Katalyst suit to me--I am hopeful and confident that it will be an integral part of my health and healing going forward. I'm sharing this video with all of my perimenopausal/ menopausal friends of family!!

This is very inspirational! I am Dr. Sapan's patient and love that this is working for her. I can testify that her hormone therapy program works!! I am seriously considering getting this. I am scheduled for knee replacement in November and have been working on strengthening my muscles in preparation. This would help! You are both so right about the value people place on things. I don't want to even tell you how much I spend every year on out of pocket health care. Pilates, Chiropractor, Massage, Physical Therapy, etc...

I completely agree with Dr. Anat. I am going through pre-menopause and was experiencing symptoms like anxiety, sleep disorders and (unrelenting) back+hip pain. No matter how healthy I ate, tried different types of exercises and did physiotherapy every day, my health was declining. I would think of my younger, fit days and feel so helpless!! I bought Katalyst in Sep 2023 on an intuitive hunch and am so glad I did! I've been using Katalyst regularly (5 days a week), on most weeks now. I don't do any other exercises after I got hooked on to this one and I don't have the luxury of time to do anything more. I love the Freestyle series of Katalyst exercises the most - it helps me to mix exercise with a dance form that I like. To put it in perspective, I would slow everyone down when going on a hike because I couldn't walk like normal people due to the back pain. After regularly using Katalyst for a few months, I walk/hike like a fit person - my spouse had a hard time keeping up, 😂😂! We recently moved and everyone was surprised by how resilient and strong I have become! Before, I couldn't walk for a few minutes without pain and now I was carrying boxes and moving house -- tired but very strong and able to do the needed work. I couldn't believe myself and I think Katalyst has passed the test by fire for sure with the move! 💯 I have to add that when I regularly use Katalyst, my mood is also more positive - something I didn't expect, but Dr. Anat also brings it up here and I can attest to that. So overall THANK YOU to the Katalyst team for such an awesome product!!!

FR im wondering the same. I feel like it’s one of those products you can only understand once you’ve been able to use it. Which of course means forking over cash. I wonder if there is a money back guarantee.

Intrigued by all this. Question: I know you can adjust the suit/workouts, but how intense would this be for a 65 year old guy in decent shape (Pilates 2X per week plus avid golfer)?
@KATALYSTfit Жыл бұрын
It can be as intense as you want as the intensity levels goes up to 480! Most users start around 100-140. We recommend members to incorporate 2-3 strength/power sessions per week to get optimal benefits and enough time to recover in between sessions.

FR! This product has me intrigued obviously, but it’s like we are at the dial up internet stage of what this could eventually evolve into. The average person will never commit to what it takes to prepare the suit. Currently the best option would be to go to a training facility that prepares the suit for you, but good luck finding a place nearby that has it. I’m so curious still.

If people are reliant on trainers even with the suit, then knowledge/routine/what exercises retains its value - distinct from the suit itself. In other words: if there was a suit that didn’t require a trainer, and still achieved great results, then that suit would have higher value than this suit. In fact, I would argue that knowledge/how to/what exercises, etc is and will remain most important. So, I would argue ppl don’t need these suits, just as they don’t need the Bowflex, or the vibration table, or any other fitness fab that comes out every decade. What remains true after thousands of years (in terms of fitness) is those individuals that learn to use their body - learn how to execute one exercise over another - perform the best and achieve the best results on average (for millennia). People: learn how to move/ how to perform one exercise over another , and you will avoid hurting yourself/your joints etc

Has FDA Clearance, not an approval. Doesn't mean it has shown it does anything. It just means " the device is substantially equivalent (for the indications for use stated in the enclosure) to legally marketed predicate devices". This is a direct quote from the 510k approval.
