Even all these years later, I still keep coming back to this montage. There's something in your style of editing, Marc, that I don't think I've ever really seen replicated - the music choice, the way you framed Dibz and Bag as protagonists throughout the second half, the way you edited pink's fight on the hill as a brave last stand, the commentary clips you put in at quiet points for flavour, there's just such an incredible narrative to it all. I've been watching & rewatching a lot of montages recently, but I don't think any capture the story of a season as well as yours do, at times it feels less like I'm watching a game of UHC and more like I'm experiencing an actual epic fantasy tale. The craft on these is absolutely peerless. I started work on my very first montage recently, and rest assured I'm going to be taking a lot of cues from you on how to really tell a story. Hope we all get to see more of your work in the near future!
