PB wouldn't be far behind! Going in a different direction. Big soft baits and Jerk baits. Practicing for fall and winter. It's late July here in Indiana. Plenty of rain and heat. High 80's and mid 90's. But catching bass.You have to work hard for each one! Starting all over. But, Off to a great start. Never give up or give in. He or She is out there. Is there a technique on releasing the big fellas, I'm used to catching cod under 1m but up above 50cm and these are eastern cod I'm catching and because they're protected I don't really hold them, measure them and take photos I just put them back in the water. The Murrays you're catching seem to be able to tolerate being out of the water for a bit longer but I just noticed that when you put them in the water they don't swim off right away and they come alive after a little bit. I've never been Murray cod fishing so I was interested in how it's done and how you let them go.

How am i spoused to get a start as your apprentice you already got to many. I don't know if there is such a thing but how good would it be if you could tag the cod or whatever fish you catch and forward the details on to fisheries then the next person doses the same with measurements surly this would also be helpful to fisheries be good if they then sent you the details as well. IM probably dreaming but say someone who does not have tags they just forward information of the tagged fish on probably sounds good in theory you would get sick of answering the phone calls ah another job for the apprentice
