Is it required to pay tax in india before going to UAE on cryto income or one can directly go to UAE and start trading there on the funds (usdt) which was made by trading in india but was not sold for exchange of INR and is stored in Trust Wallet..as UAE will ask the source of funds and if they inform it about indian government then consequences may happen...please tell if USDT are not sold and only stored by doing trading...taxes still apply or not? Used broker for trading was EXNESS

@@army_drama_fan7622Hi glad to hear...first you need to apply for visit visa and for applying it some agency also require you to book flight tickets and hotel accomodation before hand...so u need to search hotel accomodation there with cheap cost so that your stipend can cover all the over all cost and then before going there it is better if we apply for all dubai firms and we can directly approach each and every firms once we reach there

Any International transaction between two Associated enterprises is to be done on ALP calculated using most appropriate methods prescribed. If It's not in ALP, then ALP adjustment(ALP-actual transaction price) is to be made and added to the person's income. If It's effect is of reducing income or increases losses of person...Transfer pricing not apply. And there is Secondary adjustment also after this...and so on.
