I have the same skin type as you and a similar routine, except I use Arazlo (tazarotene 0.045%) and I'm so happy I can tolerate it despite having sensitive, rosacea prone skin. The only thing I add after Arazlo is Azelaic acid (Finacea), then a moisturizer. I'm considering trying the new Regimen Lab azelaic acid serum with my tret - have you tried it by any chance?

This makes my skin so gray like looking. Hate foundation, tinted sunscreen is good, either going to try erborian redness correct or the iunik sph - treats redness too and is calming also a lot cheaper...just an FYI, however have you tried either?

Body sprays are nice as they’re lighter and usually more wearable as Parfum is much more potent.

Thanks for putting this question out there. I’m 41. Nothing done & I do appreciate that I look young as my parents do but I am also mixed race and have oily skin so know that helps. I’m a dancer/choreographer (had my last hurrah dancing with 21 yrs olds in the WICKED movie which I shot at 39- playing a student!) I do compare myself a lot and have asked myself should I do this but I comparison is a killer. If you haven’t seen THE SUBSTANCE please watch as I feel that movie may have shifted many mindsets. After that film, I woke up grateful for my cellulite and stretch marks. There’s a moment in that film where Demi Moore wants out of the deal and she has aged into an almost troll like creature. She is dragging the old pic back of herself into her living room and glances at it for just a moment. That movement summed up the entire film for me, she wishes she looked exactly how she did before as there was nothing wrong with her and was a beautiful fit 50 yr old. I also noticed that every man in the movie says “ah my wife loves you”. It was a,, about a man’s gaze. Which I do believe is part of the surgical and injectable industry. Just my thoughts. My anti aging routine is based around anti aging from the inside out. I intermittent fasting most days, eat a rich protein based diet, less sugar, fresh air, sunlight, water, exercise and my latest beauty find. Beef tallow on my face at night.

Moisturizer to be used in am or pm??

I was blown away by how good the omega moisturiser is and bought the ceramid cream. The work so well together. I’m 50 and after one week’s use I woke up really surprised as I looked in the mirror. Now I’ve bought too many products from their holiday sale!

Mac’s lustreglass lipstick in TNTEASER. That is your red. Low saturation, warm red. I had the exact same problem. Dark blonde, fair and low contrast with neutral warm undertone. The woman at MAC suggested this and I wore it and everyone was telling me how amazing I look in red lipstick when normally it looks so off.

This is the Icy Nude PH FACE GLOSS by Huda Beauty, but it looks like a petri dish! It is colour changing, so it adapts to your skin. It is meant for the skin/cheeks/face so DISCLAIMER - I am putting it on my lips, but you should follow the product instructions! I feel like the subtle colour makes my lips look fuller :)
