no bro, for use it 4 times you need 25 ms ping. i have 19% CD and 85-120 ms ping ... casting 3 times :)

It's cuz of ping. If you're have more than 40, u can't use pp 4 times. Sad but true, I got it only now, on 3rd week.

So this is bettee than the omni build? Ive invest a lot in getting omni stats for my equipment, so should i use the omni build with powerful melody even tho it's nerfed ?

Maybe with 16% omni will be worth it with powerful melody build but its a solo build focused in pure dmg, but if u can get 16% omni I guess u can get 26% cdr instead and 26% cdr the cooldown from Wild Music will be ~30s seconds (90s base - 40s from 4 Passionate play = 50s - 18s buff duration = 32s). +244 atk(70 base + 3x58 from aptitude gears) each 30s I guess will be more worth.

Against spell deck u can use it on companions and pelucio to stack it. If nothing goes right, the base dmg from avada is enough to kill him in 4 casts +/-, we still have double heal and Dobby tp for evade to buy time.

+UniQuE TV I made the video after finish him only 3 times and was my first time doing that. Now I can finish him withou take any damage with the same build. I changed only one skill, the Force Blast[1] to Impact[1] for stun him when he's frozen.

An alternative to using ice build is to use dragonchar (stun) + cryoblast (stun) + tab (knock in air while stunned) + Z (knock in air while stunned) to keep him down half of the time. Then use phantom grip (hold until timer almost gone then drain for a bit of hp) to reset cooldowns if needed. And of course use your 'E', 'Q', and 'SS' to avoid any aoe ice damage.

+DragOzze with 3 RMB he's already frozen, you have Glacial Beam[3] and Cold Snap[Z] to do that too. Don't forget to use Phanthom Grip always that he comes next to you. Don't stay front with him.

Yeah, easy ... Tell me what am I supposed to do if he does 30% hp with pretty much any attack and at about 3 min in does the dragon attack 3 times in a row? Especially with your 3 min TAB cd. Can't help it, I sense BS on this floor.

+dvorsky78 He never did it with me, but if it happens you can use a potion that makes you invulnerable for 3 seconds, you gain this potion on the others floors or you can buy it.
