Sir pls make some videos about NCP days , i have some confusion regarding this one. My confusion is 1) It is mandatory to show in PF contribution time ( in our company work as a labour class type, how many days there work in month, they got salary on that days only. If it any rule is there to show remaining days as a NCP days ) 2) Some time employee not work a full month, i need to be show contribution zero on that month, on this case can we show NCP days or not.

1. PF Contribution filing on time is mandatory till every month 15th 2. Month days depend on month name e.g Jan 31, Feb 28/29, March 31 and April 30 3. Your Worker is daily wages so please consider NCP as Month total days- worker paid days= NCP days eg. Sept month ECR = Sept is 30 days month- worker worked for 20 days so total NCP is 10 days. 4. if worker on full month leave then you can file zero ecr with full NCP days of month and pay Rs. 500/- admin charge its automatic calculated. So NCP is mandatory as per PF Rule.
