Bull is so smart. He really is a people person, even though he says that sarcastically. He knows how to read people and what to say to them, like when he’s talking to cass. I bet he’s thinking “oh she doesn’t want to talk about it, but I don’t want to just drop it awkwardly, I’ll compliment her” and then he does, and it’s sincere AND a good strategic choice interpersonally. He’s really good at communicating.
