I saw them play in the mid 90s with no doubt. They pulled a guy up on the stage and asked him what his name was and he said “Ted Kyzinski” who was the unibomber and the whole thing was relatively new. It was pretty funny. The whole crowd laughed, he proceeded to berate the guy “saying why don’t you leave the jokes to the rockstars. he was a poser and a real fan would be exited and not make a joke about being on stage.” Not very nicely either. They pushed him down and got somebody else up in his place. I saw the guy outside, a group of people gathered around him. Not only did they pull him down from the stage but they threw him out of the venue. I love “TSP”. All time favorite band but it was a “never meet your heroes moment.”

Ive been a fan of Corgan's for 20+ yrs and im still finding music hes done in the past that Ive never heard before. Happens pretty much anytime I go on a Pumpkins binge. This man career has been prolific as hell. Probably hoards more from his private sessions yet to release or witheld for whatever reasons. It wouldnt surprise me one bit if he sets a Guinness record for most studio tracks or something like that. Someday possibly. But just speculation really.

My girlfriend insulted Billy backstage at an Australian SP gig once. He was apparently being rude and pompous, telling people around him not to talk to him because he needed to preserve his vocals, and my partner, who was dating a member of a supporting band at the time, said something like "why?
