How about real customers that use there product. The AI prediction for transactions is not that good. The rules recommend the wrong accounts 😂. Please fix this asap. So much rooom for improvement.

All I want is the multi company integration. I received a quote for over $1,100 per month for two companies and + 250 per additional company. I was hoping it would be more affordable but since it is so expensive I might as well check out other more established Erps such as net suite etc. I don’t need to pay for a lot of the features I wish they had tiers based on what I actually want to pay for. This is causing our company to begin reviewing solutions outside of intuit.

I’m outgrowing my current QuickBooks online so hopefully this new intuit erp will actually be helpful. I don’t think you want to hear what the cpas and accountants say about QuickBooks online and the support. Could I pay more to have US based support with a higher level of experience. One technique I learned if you get a dummy to help you solve your problem hang up and call back until you get a new person. I wish intuit would spend heavily on the product improvements and focus on real customers and common problems that everyone keeps dealing with. The customer experience with tech support is not good. Please offer a more expensive option for US based support with a guaranteed level of experience. When running a serious business you want serious support. Please obsess in the customer experience. Credibility: I’ve been using QuickBooks Since 2016. I’m managing 5 QuickBooks online accounts, 1 enterprise desktop account. Please improve and offer more expensive options. Kind of like a fast pass at Disney but for tech support.
