We had a lady in Trimont Centennial Band that did the bass drum. Unfortunately she is no longer able to play. But yes, few and far between. Definitely Google female drummers though, they're really popular in punk music.

It is an honor to have you listen to our little choir! My home town church has sung many of your pieces, as you were my mom's favorite writer, and she was the director there. Now that I'm in a new church, this piece and the words in it were sung to my children especially as they had their first communion yesterday. You can see our little girl Amairany running in her dress off stage at the beginning. Thank you for all you do!
