do diffrent companies have slight variations with the mildot master measurments? at 18" at 1.25 mils my mildor master shows 400 yards not 410. and at 1.75 mils im getting 285 yards the 1.0 mils and 1.5 mils readings are exactly what you got in your video.

What kind of rope is used in your video? Thanks!
@geecrawdad11 күн бұрын
A friend and I went fishing up around Gooseberry Falls, MN. To get to one river, we had to rent a rope to climb down a fairly steep hill. I tied the rope around a tree and down we went about 50 feet. We made it back up too. We were lucky that day as I have no idea what knot I tied or if it was even a knot. So learn a few and maybe save a life.

Innerbark is back! Andy I used that Tahoma knife you sent me in that give away years ago from when you were posting on Full30. Chopped a few trees and branches in Colorado while Elk hunting in the mountains. I still keep it sharp and handy for those back woods trips. I get a lot of looks and questions about it and always tell them to look it up on the google machine. Thanks again! 😎

I’m just beginning my journey into long range hunting/shooting, and into mildot scopes. I bought a SWFA scope, and mildot master over 18 years ago and never had the time to peruse long range. I was looking for videos on how to calculate holdovers with a mildot scope, and came across this video. After watching I was floored at how easy it is to use the Mildot master, and mil scopes in general from their videos. Then I suddenly remembered where I had seen my Mildot Master card last. I ran to the closest and dug through some boxes that have been moved all over the country in the last 20 years or so and there it was amongst a life times collection of various and forgotten things. I’m so excited to get out and put this knowledge to use. I look forward to watching more of your videos and submerging myself into this until I master it. Now that I’ve retired from a long 20 years as a wildland Fire Captain I can focus on long range with a Mildot master card I bought decades ago. Thanks for the great tutorial!🦅🇺🇸

It makes the world a lot flatter and it's way safer when you get to throttle around hazards instead of going a snails pace with cars behind you

Good to see you posting again, Andy. A welcomed return, but I feel compelled to comment here. E-bikes unfortunately have a well documented number of untimely fires. Please, familiarize with all the facets of e-bikes. Especially the propensity for untimely fires. Mostly during charging. Li - Ion battery fires burn fast and hot around 4K Fahrenheit. The battery, will burn till all the fuel/chemicals are spent, similar to a rocket motor. Highly lethal and toxic gases are released during combustion. Fires are not put out with water alone. Short of submersion in water. If there are any doubts as to what is written here. Consult with your insurer. My auto/home insurance company's message to me was. That my rates would increase 30% if I wanted to purchase an E-Bike. They even went as far to recommend to leave it outside of any structure. To both to store and battery charging. Secondary to spontaneous onset of fire risk. Goodluck Andy. I really do enjoy your videos, too. Cheers, Mate.

An Idaho SWAT team had their bearcat go up in flames because the warehouse it was parked in had two brand new ebikes left on the chargers. They are scary for sure and they shouldn't be left unattended during charging, especially the first few times. When I charge my drone batteries, I put a bag of sand on top supported by some blocks. If the fire starts, the bag melts and sand gets dumped on top. I'm thinking of doing the same with these batteries.
@jackwalsh1468Ай бұрын
@innerbarkoutdoors Goodluck Andy. The batteries once ignited and "Thermal Runaway " is achieved. The lethal/toxic gases with quickly overwhelm victims with mere few breaths. Cyanide is one of the chemicals released. I know you're a smart operator. Again, Goodluck, Lad.
