Panel is posible do only with metals, colour - used for fireplaces for high temperature, rock insulation and glas. Any plastic, glue etc. will evaporate and you will breathe it.

Cut aluminium with a very fine saw blade, is much better than grinding disc. Something like a band saw will do great.

The solar heater projects (water and air ) I have seen on yt test their product when sunlight is at maximum and with optimal incidence angle. Fair enough but how good are those devices when the son is partially obscured or when the angle of infalling sunlight is oblique? Are there constructions that otimizes efficiency when conditions are suboptimal as they are most of the time?.

I like the idea of your solar heater but I don’t think this is an accurate test on a nice sunny hot day to be trying to generate excessive amount of heat. A true test of how well something like this would work is if you did it in the middle of winter time not a summer day do it when you really want heat or need heat. How old would something like this actually work I wonder somewhere in Canada when it’s -20° outside and sunny I think I’d have to give it a fail.

That blower fan is loud and completely ridiculous. Could have used computer fans solar power with battery backup. And I'm also seen people use soda cans. Well if they all have in common is aluminum. And yes they use aluminum and radiators. But people aluminum doesn't conduct very well. The only reason that it is used and vehicle radiators is one weight and two so there's not electrolysis. But this would work leaps and bounds better if the core was copper! I'd even settle for stainless. Aluminum doesn't retain heat.

Can anyone quantify what you might push when the outside ambient is freezing or below. Does the temp diff stay the same so that at freezing would you push near 140? Somehow, I think not, but I would love to know???
