Heidegger was expressly against metaphysics. He would be rilled up to hear that he was called a metaphysician!

Really interesting. I’m a bit disturbed by the take of Venus of willendorf… I suppose art is supposed to make the listener uncomfortable. I can confirm that I’m very uncomfortable!

Brilliant as always. So basically, where that anarchism is coming from and where it is headed makes a world of difference. That’s alright by me. But I’m afraid this intentionality can’t be controlled. Even anarchists are divided into various groups among themselves. How many anarchists will actually want to do away with their privilege in this unworlding…

This reminds me of the experience of improvising to a large screen moving image. The sense was of being overwhelmed by it, and of not being able to get the energy to measure up to it. This video was a good idea, but I wonder how workable this is, given the massive takeover of perception of huge visuals.

I double down on that comment. Watching this guy trying to lecture some pseudo-intellectual psycho babble about grindcore culture and vocalisation is painful. You were a founding member of a new genre of music, isn’t that enough? Now we gotta listen to this midlife crisis garbage. I mean come on.

Unlike any other book I have read this year. Difficult to put the right way up, let alone down. Witch is in control, and strongly feminine; both deeply visceral, and intellectual, too.
