This community actually doesn’t have any condo apartments. It is all single family. The community of Ottewell which is close by has some for $60k-$70k.

It is extremely tough. Unless you live in a community where homes start in an affordable price range like Edmonton/Calgary home ownership is unlikely unless living a frugal lifestyle for many years with low debts/high paying jobs

Idk might be because of living true it a almost a million fuckin dollars to live southern Ontario but also this is not discrimination because everyonein the 75% of immigrants are deciding to actually moving back probably local issues have calmed down finally or other sed things these are my thoughts idk much more.
