Drink a packet with some Pedialyte the night before then 3 hours before the test. Drink a couple bottles of water in between the 3 hours, pee at least twice before you go in the cup. Catch the middle of the stream, so pee a little in the bowl first then fill the cup and finish in the bowl and you should be good if you haven't smoked in 7 days be sure to drink a lot of water though a few days before too. Take some Tums, creatine and b vitamins the day of to make your urine have the correct gravity.

What does this even mean? Detoxing isn’t real, it just hyper hydrates your body and you end up peeing it all our within a couple of hours

Its not a detox, it just gives u a window for passing a drug test for a certain amount of hours. After like 6hrs of drinking it you’ll be testing positive for THC
