about ten years ago they replaced the storm drain system, all the locals told them it was not going to be big enough, but they wouldn't listen, this is the third time they have had this happen since the new drain was install!

Only a POS c sucker, leaves their pet alone in the house, while it floods. You choose to scare your cat? You reap what you sow. Next time you sit in the room as the water comes into the house. Cat doesn't know if the water will stop. Cat thinks it's going to fn die! Like being trapped in a submarine, except you have a Nest Cam watching as it all goes down...watching your cat contemplate chaos. If I ever saw someone do that, I would throw them right into the water and hope for the best. FN losers.

This fema regulations,is a bullshit way to rip off customers from buying in towns that have a shiity drainage system ,all cities in america lay in a cradle of land that determines the flood level and with enough raining it would all flood

Boardman is too flat. I've been to that mall and they should have installed a large catch basin for storm water retention. If you give the water a place to go then it will go.

We went to Ocean Shores WA (as we do every summer for camping) to look for a new home for our retirement home and most of the affordable homes we looked at were build on beach sand and we just didn't like that and were concerned with flooding in the future, well that was in 2016 and every home is tripled in price.
