My unimproved land is taxed at 29% compared to 7% for residential. I pay 1200 a year, my neighbor who has a house pays 600. What a weird system. This is in Colorado

I don't know... if I put a cow on it, and charge the cow owner $10 for 3 years, then my property tax is like $8 a year for the rest of my life... Even if the cow is gone. It's a strange system
