Such small babies will always stay with mother. And normally once custody is granted, it's rarely changed except demanding circumstances

I'm a licensee. My owner had made leave and license agreement of 11 months. What if I need to move to different city but 11 months have not been completed yet? Do I need to pay any penalty for this or the licensor will cut my total deposit?

Yes, it can be but then if versions are different, it will affect the sanctity of the statement.

Mam in case we have to cross examine the complainant in a criminal prosecution, his signed written statement is available in chargesheet and FIR copy is also attached. Now when we have to cross examine him ,whether we have to follow the same procedure to contradict him in accordance with S 145 Evidence Act ,as a PW whose 161 statement is available in chargesheet

yes, the procedure is the same if the complaint is lodged on the written complaint and the same is treated as FIRST INFORMATION
