The other women are trained dancers. Melody and Kaya have said in interviews they're not the best dancers out of the group and they were initially hired as vocalist.

You can tell the vocals aside from Nicole’s are lip synced here But their previous tainted love performance (when they’re in pink and purple) have the same exact vocals from kaya, melody and Carmit. And In that video it looked like they were singing full out. Im so confused. I need an explanation 😂😂

All of them requiring microphones for singing should have used hands-free, headset styles to allow them to use hands for dancing and gesturing. The mics in hand are distracting when they are shoved into their faces.

This was the format they should’ve kept. Nicole still gets the spotlight as lead singer but the other girls get showcased. They all split one verse and Nicole got her shine and was still seen as the “spotlight talent”
