I know this is using an emulator. The player reaction time us way to fast. Even with human plus.. in the actual game you cannot move this fast. Is like speed up like 20%>

No this is not sped up gameplay. You will get this speed with those spike boosters and the fastest legs in the game which the AC in the vid is using. H+ doesn’t increase boost speed just halves booster en consumption.

You need to get the Underwater materia from the man in Kalm. Give him the "Guidebook" item. You get it by morphing the Ghost Ship enemy either in the battle square or in the underwater reactor. But! If you prepare well enough, you don't need the Underwater materia; you can kill him quick with plenty of time to spare like in the vid, and there are many ways to do it.

For weapons it may vary but usually, Critical Hit, Leeching/Radiance, Committed/Void Strike, Unchanting for melee weapons, Burst Bowstring, Cooldown Shot, Anima Conduit, Tempo Theft for ranged, Cooldown, Chilling, Cowardice, Snowball/Potion Barrier for armor this is very broad and in general and not considering every weapon's synergy but would be a good place for you to start. You can't really go wrong with these enchantments minus the choice of radiance(for fast weapons) leeching for slower, then branch out from there. Death Cap Mushroom, Gong of Weakening, and Iron Hide Amulet is a good place to start for artifacts.
