I also utilize the XLE:XLK ratio to monitor sector rotation between energy and technology. I want to suggest two things for Stockcharts in 2025: 1] show the symbols next to the legend so viewers can learn the new symbols without scrolling down to the configuration boxes. 2] move the legend from the upper left corner to the upper right due present time on the right hand side. The FOMC meeting decision will occur next Wednesday 1/29. AMD will kick off the technology earning on 1/28. The job report of Jan is on 2/7. Good luck to all.

Successful investing is hard work because it means disciplining your mind to do the opposite of human nature. Buying during a panic, selling during euphoria, and holding on when you are bored and just craving a little action. Investing is 5% intellect and 95% temperament.

Not to scare anyone and I am not a conspiracy guy but Patric Bet-David released a very concerning podcast titled on YT - Episode 529. I won't go into detail here but if you skip to 8:30 and 12 you will see what I mean. This was also highlighted by the US National Security Advisors words / warning about “unexpected events”. I am wondering if these events could spring a long overdue correction. I took precautions JIC. Have a listen and make your own judgement. ✌️
