Yeah, there's a lot of Texans up here. Most of us ran lease roads in the oilfield, so we're not lower 48 steering wheel holders. But you'd be surprised how many drivers in Anchorage won't go to Fairbanks because they don't like driving in heavy snow and extreme cold...

Thanks for sharing the Muncho Lake area, I used to drive that Loved it but Hated it in the Winter. Spent many years in the Yukon and Northern BC areas. Smiles from Southern BC
