Well said. I was at the Vancouver show last night and this song just melts over you and forces you to sway slowly with everyone in the crowd. Daniel is known as a sweet guy who plays a mean bass and cooks like a world class chef. He can come to our city any time and smoke onstage and "practice his douchebag moves". This band holds back nothing. You can see they love what they do. Matthew stated this specifically to the crowd last night. It was a stellar 2 hour show.

You've obviously never seen Nada Surf live. The entire show is brimming with energy, and during certain parts of even Blonde on Blonde, the song is very loud and powerful. The entire show is worthy of as many rock n roll moves as the artists see fit to put into it.

Nada Surf is my favorite band, ever! They do a great job live, and are some of the NICEST guys ever. They are so cool with their fans. Dreads or smoking shouldn't matter. Listen to their music.

the bass player ruins this band live for me. I love the music but his ridiculous hair and trying to be cool and nonchalant cigarette smoking is awful and contrived and distracting
