Actually it is no big deal. That’s the kind of stuff I fix every day. It’s probably heat related , happens a lot out here in Arizona. I would check the roof for possible water intrusion as well. Few hours with the proper adhesive, resecure those ceiling panels, maybe some trim work and you’re done.

The salesman let us know this is no big deal. They have people that take care of this. 🤠 Of coarse I was asking for a friend.
