Anon pollution Hi-Tech Refinery has not been built yet and it can be built at a things that never go bad after you build it a high-tech non pollution Refinery can run on its own with an equivalent of only five people as a staff because there is no more waste of anything we make thousands of times the volume for pennies on the dollar easily keeping your gas at $0.99 a gallon if you're using crude which is Black Gold Texas Tea we're talkin about oil petroleum

The biggest refineries in the world and all refineries are way behind the times and full of waste and they're all run by a bureaucracy that is unnecessary which keeps your gas price up extremely high anyway
