You commented towards the end about them doing a season where everyone shows up; you’re actually pretty close, but they actually do it as a movie! They used to do a Precure Allstars movie every year, in fact. In recent years they’ve dropped it and are now only doing it for anniversaries, but there are a *lot* of crossover movies. In the west Precure definitely runs under the radar, but in Japan it’s a juggernaut. Just about every girl will have watched a season or two when they were a kid. In the west, though, until recently the only attempts at localization were a dub of the first season that only aired on Canadian TV station YTV, and Glitter Force, a 90s-style massacre dub of two later seasons that inexplicably came out in 2016, long after everyone else had stopped massacring their dubs.

What you’re hearing as ‘pretty you are’ in the first opening is actually the name of the show: Pretty Cure/Precure is rendered in Japanese is ‘purikyua’.

My english is not good, sorry about that. 5:58 Most of the Japanese VAs can sing and act on the stage if the work need them to do that. So I think it's that not so difficult (of course there are still some situation they will meet (?) words that are difficult to pronounce, the VAs and writers will change to suit for them)

I would recommend reading a little synopsis about the show, so you have and idea of what you are looking at without spoilers, it will enhance the experience so much.

the show is a comedy and parody of jrpg stories right down to the whole a typical chosen hero goes to face the demon lord who turns out to be a very childish loli pink hair girl and isn't even evil like her predecessors she just accidently unleashed and unsealed bad things like demons due to popping popcorn in the demon summoning ritual circle, starting the plot of the story, its a complete 180 here and he kind of really sucks at being the hero is treated like a doormat by everyone and none of the fights involving him in the op's ever even happen like they do (it's the brown hair guy with the parted bangs who carries a sword), its really funny and short series with episodes only being a few minutes, the openings are one of those misleading types though that's not to say that none of the stuff showed in the op's doesn't happen. Opening 2's fight with the two guys fighting the dude who turns into a dragon, is an actual fight in the anime, but in the anime it's super short and played mostly for laughs. There is also a character Ross who is extremely op and kind of sadistic and becomes friends of sorts with the mc and picks on him the most out of the whole cast, (he has the black hair and it's kinda spiked and with the red eyes, also carrying a sword). The demons are basically trying to revive the old demon lord who is the grandfather of the loli girl, And there is one guy who is the only really serious character in the anime being the antagonist who has hair like Aizen kinda, and eyes like the uchiha from naruto with straight up MS Sharingans though it's just for show if i remember correctly, he also has a furred coat he looks like your typical shonen villain and i think that was the point. The anime ended a long time ago but there is actually a web comic that is still ongoing and i heard actually gets kind of serious with the mc actually becoming a credible hero and even developing a darker side, So you could see this series kind of like something like gintama a gag series that has it's moments, and even in the anime there are some minor hints of something else there.

I like Senyuu's opening much better than the show itself, they're not very alike. Could you do the opening and ending for Soredemo machi wa mawatteiru? Both are very enjoyable.

A black comedy, with a lot of _other meanings_ in the entire series. There's a very important reason that the openings all have a organ theme that's only revealed after 8 years into the series for example.

Some of the seasons have 2 openings because the first couple episodes of those seasons are adaptations of the light novels. The main story of BSD was released as a manga, but they also have light novels that cover backstories of some characters.

the mc is 1/4th human and 3/4 demon so he changes his form to that adult looking self. he has to grow and protect his Nura clan from outside forces. thats basically the story. I like the strong bond the mc builds with his clan members (night parade of 100 demons) and the clan also learns to trust him since he was still immature as a leader. him being a bit of human plays a role in that too. one of the coolest artstyles. the manga is a lot better though. it has around 220 chapters

I always see people watch one or two, respect to them too, but it’s so nice seeing someone watch so much hypnosis mic! The characters are all based in different places in Japan, so it’s like a sort of home town team cheering or just favourite team cheering! It’s so popular that in the actual districts the units/divisions/teams are based in, you can find lots of hypnosis mic promo material specific to them inside anime goods stores by the hypnosis mic section

The series takes place in the same universe as another series called Umineko by the same author so later seasons borrow some elements, anyway higurashi is a dark series bordering i mean its a horror after all but it just just murder all the time, its a story of realtionships and hope first and foremost as you can tell by last ending being way more hopeful

Thanks for doing this! If you care to know a little bit about the anime's content, it's pretty much a dark comedy about a suicidal teacher who discusses what's wrong in society with his class. It's very japanese, so not every joke hits perfectly but I enjoy the show's vibe very much and they often go experimental with it.

Sería interesante que reaccionaras a los openings de scissor seven (un anime chino) pero me parece muy poco para un video, más 1he nada porque duran de 20 segundos a un minuto y son sólo hay 5(1 por temporada), la diferencia está en sus endings que duran de un minuto y medio a 2 minutos de duración, algo que debo decir es que este anime pasa muy desapercibido por las personas y nunca escuché a alguien decir algo negativo sobre el anime, lo único "malo" que se comenta es que algunos capítulos duren 10, 12 o 15 minutos, pero eso lo vuelve único y tiene sentido, pues en verdad tratan de contar una historia, otra cosa que agregar es que ningún opening tiene voces, eso lo encuentras en las versiones extendidas/completas

Good reaction but you missed the first op and Ed:( And here are some spoilers This is not a romance anime. The main character (green hair girl) is an apothecary. (Obsessed with plants, poisons, antidotes etc) And she's basically like a mad scientist doing every kind of tests on her own body. She works in the royal palace as a lady in waiting and poison taster. She's extremely smart, she can even act like a detective. The guy you saw in the opening (purple hair) is a Eunuch, but he seems to be interested in our MC. There's a lot of secrets involving him in the show. She's not interested in him though, she only likes poison. This is a seinen with a lot of mystery and plot twists. The writing is beautiful! (Sorry,bad English)

You should react to all the precure openings its an ongoing anime franchise with new characters plot and season every year, its made by the same company and basically sailor moon but for a younger audience its been airing since 2004 and is still going strong, fun fact despite sailor moon being popular in the west and japan precure is extremely popular in japan
