Sir can go for South korea after BHMS ? Is that possible? Pls reply
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 2 күн бұрын
Sir, pursuing a medical career in South Korea after completing BHMS is challenging. South Korea primarily practices allopathic medicine, and homeopathy is not widely recognized. You would likely need to: Evaluate Degree: Check if your BHMS degree is recognized by Korean authorities. Korean Medical Licensing Exam (KMLE): Pass the KMLE, which requires proficiency in Korean. Language Proficiency: Achieve a high level in the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK). Further Studies: Be prepared to undertake additional medical education in South Korea. Residency Program: Complete a residency program in South Korea. Work Visa: Secure a job offer and obtain a work visa.

Thank you for the compliment! I’m glad to assist you in finding institutes in Finland that offer fully funded teaching programs. Here are a few steps and some institutions to consider: Steps to Find Fully Funded Teaching Programs: Research Universities: Check the official websites of Finnish universities to see if they offer scholarships or fully funded programs for international students. Scholarship Programs: Look for specific scholarship programs for international students, such as those offered by the Finnish government or individual universities. Contact Universities: Reach out directly to the admissions offices of universities to inquire about funding opportunities. Institutes Offering Fully Funded Teaching Programs: University of Helsinki: Offers a range of scholarships for international students, including fully funded programs. Their Faculty of Educational Sciences might have relevant opportunities. University of Turku: Provides several scholarships for master's programs, which could include education programs. Aalto University: Offers scholarships for international master's students. Check if their programs align with your interests in mathematics education. University of Eastern Finland: Provides a variety of scholarships for international students, including those pursuing education degrees. Thank you so much for this detailed video! I am a Registered Nurse in the USA, But originally i am from a Non-EU country. I hold 2 passports. Fluent in 3 languages, including Spanish. As of now hearing your video i have faith its not an impossible switch for me. First i would send my degree to be recognized, and also obtain the B2 certificate. One thing im thinking is how to get a job offer down the road. Anyway, again you helped alot here.

Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad the video helped. As a Registered Nurse in the USA with multiple passports and fluency in Spanish, you have a strong foundation for making the switch to Spain. Your plan to have your degree recognized and obtain a B2 Spanish certificate is a great start. Regarding job offers, here are a few steps to consider: Networking: Join professional nursing associations and groups in Spain. They often have job boards and networking events that can lead to job opportunities. Online Job Portals: Use Spanish job search websites like InfoJobs, Indeed Spain, and LinkedIn to find nursing positions. Direct Applications: Apply directly to hospitals and healthcare facilities. Many of them have international recruitment programs. Recruitment Agencies: Consider contacting recruitment agencies that specialize in healthcare placements in Spain. Spanish Healthcare System: Familiarize yourself with the Spanish healthcare system and its requirements for foreign nurses. This can help you tailor your applications and understand what employers are looking for.

Hi, I just took my dad to a photo booth in a shopping centre and selected 'us visa photo' and it was 2x2 inches, my dads face/hair and eyes all fit in the parameters that were on the screen, and he was sat at the back of the seat and wasn't able to possibly get any more in the photo, when it printed it there is a space between the top of the photo and his head, however the photo has printed only to the bottom of his neck, however i noticed on example pictures online that the top of people's chest are also visible in the photo. is this going to be an issue? there is a photobooth available in the london embassy too, however i was just worried is it possible that they could reject his visa totally if the photo isn't to their standard? Despite the fact that we clearly selected US Visa standard photo in the booth.
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 2 күн бұрын
Hi! It's good that you took care to select the 'US Visa Photo' option at the photo booth. However, the specifics of the photo matter a lot for US visa applications. The photo should show the full face, including the top of the shoulders. If the printed photo only shows up to the bottom of the neck and has excessive space above the head, it might not meet the official requirements. Here's what you should consider: Face Size: The head should measure between 1 inch and 1 3/8 inches (25 - 35 mm) from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head. Eye Position: Eyes should be between 1 1/8 inches and 1 3/8 inches (28 - 35 mm) from the bottom of the photo. Visible Shoulders: The top of the chest and shoulders should be visible in the photo. No Excessive Space: There should not be excessive space above the head. If the photo doesn't meet these criteria, there's a chance it could be rejected. This won't result in the visa being denied outright but could delay the process as you might be asked to provide a new photo. Since there is a photo booth available at the London embassy, it might be wise to take advantage of it. Embassy booths are specifically designed to meet the required standards.

Hii, i just completed my 12th and planning to study bachelors in pharmacy or (bachelors of medicine & bachelors of surgery) in south Korea. But, i got only 50percentage in my 12th.. and currently preparing for IELTS So is it possible?
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 2 күн бұрын
Hi! You can study for a Bachelor's in Pharmacy or MBBS in South Korea even with 50% in your 12th grade, though it might be challenging. Here are a few key points: Universities: Some universities might have flexible entry requirements or foundation programs. Research universities and their specific requirements. IELTS: Focus on scoring well in IELTS. Aim for at least a 6.0 or higher to strengthen your application. Additional Exams: Be prepared for any additional entrance exams or interviews that some universities might require. Korean Language: Knowing Korean can be an advantage, though some programs are available in English. Visa and Financial Proof: Ensure you meet the student visa requirements and can provide proof of sufficient funds to cover your tuition and living expenses. It’s possible, but you’ll need to prepare well and choose your universities wisely. Good luck!

bro what about the proof of financial means even though I will be working and my salary will be enough to cover me. Is there a specific amount to show to the embassy for the visa purposes? Also do I Need this and the health insurance since I have already the pre-approval since my employer initiated the fast track procedure??
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 2 күн бұрын
Hey bro, For a Germany work visa, you generally need to show proof of financial means, even if you will be working and your salary will cover your expenses. This is to ensure you can support yourself initially before you start receiving your salary. There isn't a specific amount universally required, but it's typically advisable to show enough to cover a few months of living expenses. This can vary, but around €861 per month (which is the amount required for a student visa) is a good benchmark. Since your employer has initiated the fast-track procedure and you already have pre-approval, the requirement for proof of financial means might be less stringent, but it’s best to confirm this with the embassy or consulate handling your application. Additionally, health insurance is mandatory in Germany. Even if you have pre-approval, you must show proof of health insurance coverage to get your work visa. Your employer might offer health insurance, but you need to have coverage starting from the day you enter Germany.

If you click on rescheduling and select a new OFC date but do not find any available Consular dates, the rescheduling process will not be completed. You will not lose your original appointment or your reschedule attempt unless you confirm both new dates. So, you can safely exit the process if suitable Consular dates are not available, and your original appointment will remain intact.

Hello sir, Let me ask you just one question. Can Indians are apply for H-2A and H-2B visa? If not, then tell me some other way to apply for this visa. I don't have any academic degree but I have completed my intermediate in 2012. I am a construction worker last 5 years. I have 2 years experience in housekeeping and cleaning and 3 years experience in welding and I also know farming. Answer me sir please
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 2 күн бұрын
Hello, Indians are eligible to apply for the H-2B visa. The H-2B visa program allows U.S. employers to hire foreign workers for temporary non-agricultural jobs. Here are some steps you can follow to apply: Find a U.S. Employer: You need a U.S. employer to sponsor your H-2B visa. The employer must demonstrate that there are not enough U.S. workers who are able, willing, qualified, and available to do the temporary work. Labor Certification: Your prospective employer must apply for and receive a temporary labor certification from the U.S. Department of Labor. Petition Filing: After obtaining the labor certification, your employer must file Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Visa Application: Once the petition is approved, you can apply for the H-2B visa at the U.S. embassy or consulate in India. You will need to complete Form DS-160, pay the visa application fee, and schedule an interview. Interview: Attend the visa interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate. Be prepared to present documents such as your job offer, proof of work experience, and other supporting documents. Since you have experience in construction, housekeeping, cleaning, welding, and farming, you might qualify for various temporary jobs under the H-2B program. Here are some resources that can help you find H-2B job opportunities: Online Job Portals: Websites like Indeed, Monster, and SimplyHired often list H-2B job opportunities. Recruitment Agencies: Consider contacting recruitment agencies that specialize in placing workers in H-2B jobs. Employer Directories: Some websites provide directories of U.S. employers that hire H-2B workers. To improve your chances, ensure your resume highlights your relevant skills and experience, and be prepared to discuss your qualifications during the interview process.

When applying for a family reunification visa to Germany, certain language requirements apply depending on the age and circumstances of the child. For a 16-year-old, it generally depends on the specific case and the discretion of the German authorities. In most cases, children under 16 years old are not required to provide proof of German language skills when applying for a family reunification visa. However, for children aged 16 and above, the requirement for German language proficiency can be more stringent. The German authorities might request proof of basic German language skills, especially if the child is over 16 and planning to join school or integrate into the German education system.

Hey and good day! As a foreign medical graduate who has passed the LEK exam in Poland, you will need to homologate your medical degree to have it recognized in Spain. This process ensures your degree meets Spanish standards, which is essential for practicing medicine there. You'll need to submit your degree certificate, academic transcripts, and proof of Spanish language proficiency. For non-Spanish speakers, passing the DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) exam is necessary. The DELE exam costs for 2024 are: A1: €112 A2: €134 B1: €170 B2: €201 C1: €219 C2: €234. Regarding the MIR (Medico Interno Residente) exam, it’s crucial for securing a residency position in Spain. The dates for the 2024 exam haven't been specified yet, so keep an eye on the Ministry of Health's announcements for updates. For more detailed guidance, you might want to consult specialized immigration or education law firms in Spain. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask! Thank you!

Both me & my wife have bought return tickets to Melbourne mid October 2024 for holidays & visiting relatives. We applied ETA yesterday night in Kuala Lumpur using my mobile phone and paid AUD40. Within minutes, both of us gotten an email from ETA. She got an instant approval visa under subsclass 601. Meanwhile I received a pdf attachment requiring me to click immiaccount website link. After creating an account, I came across the option to apply various subclass. There was no 601, only option for 600 and others, which I then selected 600. I filled up and attached uploads totalling 19 pages before pressing submit. To my dismay, it was shown AUD195 that I need to pay before submission is complete. I came multiple times to Australia before pandemic. I owe no money to the govt as I am not a PR or citizen. But I have an unsettled traffic summon from car rental back in 2017 in Perth. So why is my wife having instant approval but me having to fill up the 1554 e-form and subjected to pay AUD195? Both us in the 50s so low risk of us working illegally or overstaying.

Hello, I am conducting an education master of science in italy. I have found a master-arbeit opputunity in Germany. The company send me a contract and I will apply for the German Visa from the Rome German consulate even if I have a residence permit in Italy. They told me it is longer than 3 months so you should take the D type visa. The company has given me contract and wrote as a free-lancer work type no working hours and they will pay me wage as compensation 900 euro monthly for a duration of six month. Should I apply to a praktikum visa? if so, I have to be in the minimum wage german law because it is 6 months. But, my contract seems like, it does not meet the reqs. What should I do? I am from Turkey a student continuing his master degree with a residence permit in Italy. Thanks for your time.
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 5 күн бұрын
Hi there! Given your situation, it seems you should apply for a D type visa for your internship in Germany. Since your contract specifies a free-lancer work type and a wage that may not meet the minimum wage requirements for a traditional Praktikum, it's essential to clarify a few points: Type of Visa: Confirm with the German consulate if the D type visa is suitable for your specific arrangement. Typically, internships longer than 3 months require a D type visa. Contract Details: Since your contract states a free-lancer work type, you should ensure it aligns with German labor laws for internships. Internships in Germany are usually subject to minimum wage laws if they exceed three months, but free-lancer contracts might have different stipulations. Minimum Wage Compliance: If your contract does not meet the minimum wage requirements, you may need to discuss this with your company. They might need to adjust the terms to comply with German regulations, especially since the internship duration is six months. Legal Advice: Consider seeking advice from a legal expert or an immigration consultant familiar with German labor laws to ensure that your contract and visa application meet all necessary requirements. In summary, apply for the D type visa, but clarify your contract details with both your employer and the German consulate. Ensuring compliance with German labor laws will be crucial for a smooth visa application process. Good luck!

Thanks brother for the information. A quick one please, some nationalities are required for pre-approval prior to consulate granting visa. What does a pre-approval mean here?
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 5 күн бұрын
Hi! Pre-approval means that certain nationalities need to get permission from Egyptian authorities before the consulate can issue a visa. This typically involves an additional review process by the Egyptian immigration or security authorities. It's best to check with the Egyptian consulate for specific details and requirements for your nationality. Good luck!

Hi there! It's understandable to be anxious about your visa status. Since it's been some time since you completed your biometrics, it might be a good idea to contact IRCC for an update on your application. You can check your application status online or reach out to them directly for more information. Stay patient and best of luck!

If I worked as an ICU nurse for 6 months and then switched to home health nursing where I work with kids and babies who are on ventilators and need daily assistance what type of nursing would I list myself as on the application? There doesn’t seem to be one that states “home health nurse”

Hi there! On your application, you can list yourself as a "Registered Nurse" and specify your specializations and work experiences, such as ICU nursing and home health nursing with ventilator-dependent children and babies. This detailed description will help clarify your expertise and experience. Good luck with your application!

Can I apply Chinese business visa while I’m going to be an AuPair? Can it be extended? Can I change to work visa if I arrive china??
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 5 күн бұрын
Hi there! If you are going to China as an Au Pair, you should apply for the appropriate visa category, typically an X visa (student visa) or a private affairs visa, rather than a business visa. Business visas are meant for commercial activities and may not be suitable for Au Pair work. Once in China, it's usually not possible to change your visa category directly. You would need to leave the country and apply for a work visa (Z visa) from outside China if you find employment. Make sure to check the latest regulations and consult with the Chinese embassy or consulate for accurate guidance.

I’m a Dutch law student, I’ll probably specialize in international and European business law and I was thinking about moving to Switzerland. What are the linguistic requirements to be able to enter the corporate world in Switzerland? My French and German aren’t that good, is it possible to get into the corporate field with English alone?

Hi there! As a Dutch law student specializing in international and European business law, moving to Switzerland can be a great opportunity. While many multinational companies in Switzerland operate in English, proficiency in French or German is highly advantageous, especially for local firms and legal matters. Improving your French or German would significantly boost your prospects, but it is possible to enter the corporate field with strong English skills, particularly in international firms. Good luck with your career plans!

Hi there! As a Ghanaian citizen transiting through the USA on your way to Belize, you will need to apply for a C1 Transit Visa. Since you don't intend to leave the airport, the C1 visa is appropriate for this purpose. Make sure to apply well in advance of your travel dates. Safe travels!
