You have to use the Google Earth Studio app. And you have to apply to use it through Google.

How are there no comments? This is fantastic! You really get a sense of how many tall, and in many cases, very tall, bldgs there are in NYC. Jersey City and parts of LIC Queens are included - too bad you didn't include downtown Brooklyn which is impressive in it's own right. Subbed

Thank you Ian. I hadnt noticed the City Cat at Holman St - I was on the City Cat last week and it certainly didnt stop at Holman St - I think they've stopped the City Cat going to Holman St now for some reason.

Thanks Ian, Ive confused you now by the sound of it. I knew you meant in the video and I meant I hadnt noticed that before (in the video) so I went and had a look at the video again, and sure enough the City Cat was at Holman St. And then I just added that I was on it last week and it certainly didnt stop at Holman St, so they must have stopped it stopping at Holman St. LOL. Sorry for the confusion. @@IanCoombeOfficial

@@grahamjohn2022I guess I didn’t understand the reason for the make up of 13,000 images. I have done this in the past but have not counted the images or even cared how many there were. The video was the focus.

@@iainhmunro A lot of people dont realise that its done with separate images and think its just a video. I try to let them know what goes into it and I know how many images there are because when its rendered, it lets you know the count. I was just providing people with a bit more knowledge of the process.

Thanks Randy. It's been a slow learning process actually - my earlier ones are a bit rough around the edges compared to my newer ones, but I've been watching a lot of KZbin 'how to do Google Earth videos' and I've picked up a lot of info that way. I used to do the rendering myself and then try and get the movement smooth in editing but after I woke up that you can send it off to GES and they'll send it back to you rendered, that changed the quality alot. I am a Picture Theatre/Cinema buff and just love looking at our grand theatres that were built as multifunctional centres. The State Theatre in Sydney is no exception. Apart from the now long gone Regent Theatre, it just shows that the State Theatre has stood the test of time. If only the once grand and beautiful Regent Theatre was still operating. One can appreciate the art decco of these theatres. The Regent was grandeur spectacular. The old Theatre district in Sydney's CBD is slowly being Swallowed up by the new Event Cinema chain. Let's do all we can to keep this beautiful grand lady looking young and fresh and let it "NEVER" be sold as an offshore investment. They are worth more than mere money can buy.

Sydney's State Theatre could have been transformed into a proper lyric theatre with orchestra pit, backstage, extended stage and loading dock, but a neighbouring building put up recently has made this impossible? Typical Sydney shortsightedness.
