Seems the Jews took a day in Genesis 1 as 24hrs, so why change it now when that was not the original interpretation? It's clear that one day in Genesis was one evening and one morning, so the context is clear. Jumping ahead to 2 Peter to reinterpret Genesis and give it a new meaning other than it's original intent is incorrect. It's clear in 2 Peter that Paul is simply saying that time does not pass the same way to God as it does to us. His point is that the Lord is not slow in his second coming. He is not attempting to redefine the previous understanding of a day in Genesis 1. God frequently seems slow to us, because of our reference of time, being contained within time ourselves, while God created time and is not constrained by it. In Genesis a day is clearly defined as one evening and one morning, so there is no need to interpret that as anything other than an actual day of one revolution of the earth around its axis. Perhaps the earth itself IS old, who knows? The Spirit of God WAS hovering over the waters of the earth prior to the six days of creation. Maybe land existed under the water. We don't know. What we do know is Creation was a 6 day event. Trust the Bible; science changes it's mind frequently.

The dispensational teaching about 'antichrist' , pretrib rapture , and a seven year tribulation at the end of the world is the great delusion, perpetuated by people like Hal Lindsey, Tim Lahaye, Chuck Smith and others , actually was created by two Jesuits commissioned by the papacy . This was an effort to redirect the reformers teaching that the papacy was indeed the antichrist sysyem. These Jesuit wrote a 500 page thesis espousing the idea that the ' antichrist' would actually be an end time world leader, that would reign during a time called the ' great tribulation. ' This dispensational theology was rejected by the reformers and the early church father's Unfortunately, it was resurrected in 1830 through the ' Plymouth brethren ' . Since then it has been perpetuated by Edward Irving, John Darby, and Cyrus Scofield of the Scofield bible fame. This theology found its way into Dallas Theological Seminary. and is still the predominant teaching. There are only 3 references to antichrist in the bible. Each of them describe antichrist as anyone who denies Christ has come in the flesh. Interesting that someone who supposedly plays such a significant role in the end times, is not mentioned once in Revelation or Daniel. Those who advocate these ideas have an erroneous understanding of scripture. Unfortunately, as I mentioned before, this is the most popular view in America.

The only thing to be understood about the trinity is that it is false. This doctrine was given to the world by men who had no spiritual discernment, and the blind continues to follow the blind. God cannot lie. Jesus warned us that many would come in his name saying that he is Christ and would deceive many. Like so much of His Word, we don't hear them, but we are quick to add to His word, which He forbids us to do (Deuteronomy 12:32). God's Word must be spiritually discerned. They are foolishness to the natural man. God is a Spirit. That is what Jesus, the Word told us. The Bible teaches us that the Word was SENT by the Spirit. The same Spirit that the fools call the third person in the trinity. God was introduced to us in the Bible as Spirit and Word and He remained consistenly so. From the Spirit [Father] comes the Word [Son] into earth realm for the purpose of redemption, but He returned to the Spirit [Father]. Jesus said, I go to the Father. The church is just ignorant of what this word mean. The eyes of our understanding needs to be opened so that we can receive spiritual things. Anyone who adds or subtracts from God's word is a devil. Like all John Nelson Darby followers, you could'nt be more wrong. Jesus told His disciples they would be "Gleaned", not removed before the harvest! Name a single farmer in all of human history who gleaned his fields before he harvested! Please do some research on the word "glean". Be brutally honest about it; people's lives are at stake. Translating "gleaned" to mean a pre-tribulational rapture is an assult on the literal, gramatical, and historically correct meaning of the Bible. These three scriptures below put an end to the trinity madness! Please read John 3:16 for some insights on what's going on! It's truly shocking of how many people will try to prove that God is a liar! You'll never be able to prove that God is a liar, no matter how many videos you post! In my Bible class this Sunday, a Baptist Church, I asked my teacher what the church believes about when the "day of the Lord" begins. He said as a pretribulation rapture believing church, the "day of the Lord" begins at the rapture, which is at the beginning of what they call the Tribulation. I didn't disrupt the class with my reply, but waited till class was over, then showed him Malachi 4:5 "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord:". After he read the verse, he looked very sheepish, his face got flushed, and he started stammering, trying to come up with an explanation. I asked him, "When does God send Elijah and Moses to witness"? He said midpoint of the Tribulation, or the middle of the 70th week of Daniel. Obviously, if the "day of the Lord" starts with the rapture, the rapture cannot be at the beginning of the 70th week of Daniel, because the "day of the Lord" clearly doesn't even occur until AFTER the two witnesses start their mission preaching in Jerusalem, which occurs at the midpoint of Daniel's 70th week. Also, I told him nowhere in scripture is it stated the tribulation is 7yrs, but the tribulation is clearly stated to begin at the midpoint of Daniel's 70th week, after the abomination which makes desolate occurs by the antichrist, stopping the sacrifices in the Temple, and proclaiming himself to be God. My teacher again acknowledged that I was correct. Which left me bewildered as to why he would continue to teach a pretribulation rapture, when the Bible clearly teaches no such thing. He left the conversation clearly bothered, and perhaps with some level of shame, knowing his doctrine has many flaws in it. He also agreed with me, that the pretribulation rapture view/doctrine is a new doctrine relatively speaking, beginning in the 1830s, making it less than a 200yr old doctrine, not taught before. The pretribulation rapture false teaching is very easily debunked in reality, and Malachi 4:5 alone destroys the "day of the Lord" theory, beginning at the rapture. The rapture indeed does occur before the "day of the Lord", but the "day of the Lord" doesn't occur until AFTER the tribulation of those days (Matt 24), just before God pours out his bowl judgements upon an unrepentant earth. The pre-wrath rapture view is actually what the early church believed, or post tribulation view it has also been called. Christians need to be prepared to ENDURE the tribulation, not that God is going to keep their faith from being tried. I believe the "great falling away" 2 Thessalonians 2:3, will be a result of many losing faith because the "pre tribulation rapture" view they were taught, didn't happen, and they will fall for the great deception instead. Nobody is saved until they endure until the end of their lives. Persecution is coming people, you need to prepare to deal with the coming trials that will befall all believers, instead of falsely believing convenient lies, and invented false doctrines less than 200yrs old.

And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. This grand plan allowed God to die on the cross, and through Jesus’ human blood, humanity’s sins were cleansed, and the old laws were sealed. When humans die, their bodies remain on earth, while their spirits are brought to Abraham for salvation or to the realm of the dead for punishment if they lacked faith and righteousness in life. Similarly, when Jesus Christ surrendered the Spirit of God and His body to the Father, the Spirit of God departed from Jesus' body. This is why Jesus declared, "Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani," before His final breath, as His body recognized that the Spirit of God would depart upon His death. On the third day, the Spirit of God returned to Jesus’ body. Through God’s power, Jesus was resurrected, transforming His human body into a divine one. Jesus Christ ascended to heaven, glorified as King of kings and Lord of lords, and took His place beside the Father in divine authority, known as the Lord Jesus. Rev 7:14 says that the great multitude of Christians (Rev 7:9) are: ”coming out of the great tribulation”. This is the undeniable word of God, which proves that Christians do go through part of the tribulation at least. I am not inferring or deducting things like John MacArthur does. God further confirms this in Rev 14:12-13 referring to the saints that have refused the mark of the beast during the trumpets of the tribulation: “… the people of God who keep his commands and remain faithful to Jesus”…”they will rest from their labor , for their deeds will follow them”. These saints can not be Jews, because they are faithful to Jesus and the Jews will keep denying Jesus until Armageddon in the Sixth cup (Zac 12:3-10). The Jews will only be forgiven, in that sixth cup when they will repent from killing Jesus (Zac 12:10-13 and 13:1). Thus, God himself told us that Christians will go through part of the tribulation. No need to panic, we will be protected by the seal of the Holy Spirit against God’s plagues (Eph 1:13). However, we will have to face the persecution from the beast of seven heads (Aps 13:7). That will be our last test. Mr MacArthur says that Christians will be snachted to heaven before the day of the Lord. So, his timeline for the latter days looks as follows: TRIBULATION Rapture --- 6 seals - 7 trumpets - 6 cups here comes the day of the lord=Armageddon Even though the Bible reads in 1 Tes 5:2 that the day of the Lord will catch unbelievers by surprise, verse 4 of this same chapter points out that this day will not catch Christians by surprise. Direct deduction: Christians will still be here for the day of the Lord. How come? Because the day of the Lord is the same day of the second coming of Jesus. In this same video, Mr. MacArthur quotes Rev 6:17 , which mentions the day of the Lord, yet that verse is describing the sixth seal, not the 6th cup and Armageddon. Jesus and his day happen in the Sixth seal of the tribulation. This is confirmed by Joel 12:31 who describes the day of the Lord with a darkened sun and a moon of blood. It is the same description for the coming of Jesus in the sixth seal (Rev 6:12). The same description is also in Matthew 24:29-31 where Jesus himself says: “immediately after the tribulation”, then He describes the coming in the clouds, the sun, the blood moon and the rapture. Because the rapture happens in the sixth seal of the tribulation. Thus, the correct timeline is as follows: Coming of Jesus Five seals - Sixth seal - 7 trumpet - six cups - Jesus comes down eyes blazing Day of the Lord for Armageddon (2 Tes 2:7-8) rapture (Rev 19:11-16) Now what happens with the secret coming of Jesus. There is none, the Bible never mentions such fantasy, which was invented by John Darby in 1830, based on the dream of a woman, not on the Bible. In 2 Tes 2:1 Paul refers to the “coming of Jesus and our gathering to him” (this is the rapture). Then in verse 3, he clarifies that His day or coming and the rapture will not happen until after the “man of lawlessness” or antichrist reveals himself. This is of paramount importance. Those who think otherwise, will be taken by surprise by a misleading antichrist they do not expect at all. Many Christians will fall as they will wrongly reason: “this can not be the antichrist because I have not been raptured yet”. That is how they will doom themselves. Now you will wonder, why the second timeline has two second comings. The confusion is caused by the Greek word for “coming” which is “parusia”. This word, does not refer to one brief event, but to the visit of a king to a city, that lasted several days and included various activities. Parusia was also used by Paul to refer to his “presence” in Phillipa for a while (Phil 2:12). Jesus’s first parusia lasted 30 something years. His second parusia will last several years. He will operate from the clouds of this planet and will come down to the earth surfice, at least twice: 1) for the first judgement day in the seventh trumpet (Rev 11:18; Mat 25:31-46 and Rev 14:14-16); 2) for Armageddon in the sixth seal (Rev 6:16). Then He will stay on earth for His weddings and for the thousand years rule. Finally, the city of God will descend from heaven (Rev 21:2).
