Yes of course you can. You can achieve 8 to 10 rooms hostel.

Bedroom 4m x 3.6m(14.4m²) En-suite bathroom 2m x 1.7m(3.4m²) Sir, please these two ordinary rooms which one is bigger and better?

Additional lounge or VIP section 3m x 2.75m. Dining 3.5m x 3m. Total floor area 45m². Option B Main lounge 6m x 5m. Dining 3.6m x 3m Total floor area 40.8m² These two living spaces which one is more luxurious in terms of space? And what's the reason?

Upper floor lobby 5.7x2.2m, Back balcony 2.2x1.8m, Rooms plus walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom covers 18m² to 22m². Family lounge 3.95m x 3.85m plus additional niche 1.7m x 0.8m. Family lounge ante room 2m x 1m. Family lounge balcony 2.5x2.2m. Sir, in terms of space. Would you consider it a luxurious six bedroom duplex?
