This is not Bad English. This is just John Waite demo's. Thats my opinion.

Because that is what most of them are. Over the years people keep posting this stuff claiming it to be Bad English. Then people who actually have brains and have done research know full well Waite mentioned a good portion of these songs previously. And they were for his solo records not Bad English. Bad English 2 album were the left overs from Bad English 1. The band broke up just prior to part 2 being released. Only a few of the band members did promo for the release of part 2. Rockline was fantastic at documenting this at the time. The episode where they discussed getting together for part 1 was one of the best ever. Sadly Rockline is no longer around nor is Bob Coburn who hosted it.

I think we can all agree that "if you stay" needs justice For the fact that these guys are still alive and this song was never released, it bothers me a lot, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one I've been searching for a clearer version of this song for almost a decade now This message must reach out to Jonathan Cain, Neil Schon & John Waite It's fair to say that this song belongs to the same category as... When Journey imploded Schon and Cain should’ve prioritized a re-recording of these tracks as a cadeau to all the hardcore fans of the AOR genre (myself included ). It saddens me that I didn’t mentioned it when we talked briefly with JSS in Copenhagen many years ago 🎸

He had a backing band on the tour. There is another video from the same show of Whispers which shows Logan Sky on keyboards and Robin Simon on guitar.

Love Burns has some amazing hooks and turns, you can't hold on and you can't let go. Would have been nice to hear a really polished version. Don't think the song should stay on the scrapheap.

Got a little Steven Tyler/Aerosmith going, as pepe said some Pussycat. Cool dudes. Did many gigs with them in the late 80's. They're putting out a new album, check it out.
