It's not even "Burlesque" music. Crap. Fed up of you so-called "Burlesque Artists" not even having a clue as to what Burlesque was, the time, or the themes back then. As for the "music"...well. Need I say anymore about how WRONG it is. It's a disgrace, and a smirch on the memory of classic burlesque strippers / artistes, as what you, and many others, are passing for it these days.

Yes it can! 4 inch is definitely the highest heel I would go with for Latin dance :)
