Hopefully your numbers come in in good Rachel. I also changed to "light" milk & the cholesterol lowering margarine which are helping. 👍😎.....🦘

Hey, guys. Longtime viewer, just wanted to recommend that you guys look into Red Yeast Rice if you've not yet. It's worked for me since a heart attack in 2001. All best!

On hot days, salty chips might be the perfect thing to have, especially if it is windy and you forget how much you are perspiring. Please consider ( if you have an off season. ) try to be gentle with your changes so you can maintain them, if you have an off time. Here up in Snow Mexico the off season can be long and I sit facing the fridge which is a problem. Your blood will certainly look different as you adjust, it will fill those test tubes in a split second. Fear is a great motivator but I will again say, gently as you go and enjoy your food.

That lightning strike was too close!jw6 I have found 2 walker brand mowers in western nc foe sake. Borh are fhs units. One in marion and one in mills river. I am tempted to come but one of those mowers. One in mills river is a 27I unit with 42" deck and no hopper.

you need to get a ride on spreader. You do too much manual labor. It is too slow and too hard on your body. You need to phase totally into yard treatment. Some landscaping too I guess doesn’t hurt. Mowing is the most low end thing you can do. If you can just get into seatingand treatment and maybe aeration and a little bit of landscaping will be a lot better off
@happysfamilywnc14 күн бұрын
Ok thanks for your comment! I’m definitely happy with where I’m at. Im not afraid of manual labor because it’s good for your heart anyway. As long as I have clients that pay me what I’m worth which is over $125.00 a man hour. I will invest when I feel the time is right, I don’t have enough big properties like this. Most are just 5-6,000 sq ft lawns.

You sure got one great spreader those Lesco are hard to beat. They banks for the post

I spread at half rate in a checkerboard pattern for even coverage, but as a homeowner I just do my 20K sqft. So I have the ability to take the extra time it takes to do that.

Wow that was an old vid! I have a lot of clients that spend good money on their lawn. The newest is an 80,000 sq ft lawn that we overseeded, fertilized and broad leaf weed sprayed, that was a lot of money spent!

Did y’all get rain over the weekend? We got showers every day just down the hill. Dehydrated fruit is good to snack on too. We got off course with eating habits during Covid and started getting back this year. We have cooking pumpkins in the garden that will be ready soon and just picked our first crop of apples. The garden is an absolute mess because we didn’t pay it enough attention this year and insects got more food than we did.
@happysfamilywnc15 күн бұрын
Yea we got a little, some pop up showers in areas. Just enough to keep us mowing. We already had one want to postpone lawn renovation because of dry. I thought it was going to be rainier this week but the cooler temps are nice now. Thanks for watching!

I am saying they never replaced that hydro. I rebuilt one myself. About a 20 dollars fix with a kit ,it ran for about a year and went out again because of the wear. If they put a NEW part on ,than it would still be good . I am thinking they patched it . Time to find another dealer 😮
