This saved me so my time and aggravation! The 1-page user guide that came with the table had NOTHING about the black screw! Lol 😅 like, that’s the most important piece of hardware for operating this unit! It’s the part that allows you to raise & lower the table! Guess no one QA’d the doc before packing this thing! But thank heavens someone had the good sense to make a video. Thanks very, very much 🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The strap is trash it is not secure whatsoever, I can not in good conscience let my mother use this with a strap that doesn't stay tight

The column assembly will not go through the rods on the table tops.....its like it gets stuck right away and won't move

This thing is a piece of shit (and I never cuss, but this is deserving after I spent 2 hours sitting on the floor trying to assemble this). This was a return, because the chrome permanent screws were already put in, and the small table just won’t hold anything. Biggest pain of all, this table REFUSES to go up and down. Now what do I do, drag it to UPS to exchange it???? I just had spinal surgery less than 3 weeks ago. Cheap Chinese garbage. 🤬

Thank you but I needed a fuller explanation and demo. Have never seen or used a folding cane before. What is the white plastic thing for? I guess the larger piece on the bottom is there to hold it together when not in use? Sorry, it was all too fast for me but I finally figured it all out.

I admit i have a nearly identical stool from another manufacturer, but you are the only one showing in wich order to assemble the screws and metal/plastic chips.. Such a simple thing, but in my manual they weren't even able to just show the one and only not obvious thing.🙄 Thank you ❤

The manual for the B100A says the sound can be turned off, however I can't figure it out for the life of me. Any ideas?

Hi Timaz! To turn off the beep, simply do the following: - When the device is off, press the Time/User button and hold until the display shows “bEP On”. - Press the Memory button to switch between “bEP OFF” and “bEP On” - Press the Time/User button to make your selection However, please bear in mind that this function works only with the latest version of the blood pressure monitor. The instructions manual for the transport mounting screw seem to be reversed, the shorter screw should be use for normal use. The long screw is for when transporting/shipping.

My sister just got hers and we have 2 screws that are Round machine head and 2 Flat heads! No extra chrome SCREW TO REPLACE BLACK
