Also, the best and easiest way is not to go up and down the ladder hoping to avoid supreme. The best way is to just go in, and as long as supreme is the only one attacking you, run the south wall to the east, make sure you have full hp and high prayer points/antipoisoned, and just x log out of your game. You'll log out after 30 seconds, and the only real way to die is if someone else came in, agro'd prime, and stood next to you, but the chance of that happening is essentially zero unless you're a streamer and someone else is a psychopath. 😂

Tank gear should be maximised for range def! As you stated, magic bonus is irrelevant, so magic boots and book should be swapped for the highest range defense bonus available. Granite/obby shield, for non ironmen on a budget, granite/bandos boots/ granite ring are great choices!

Quick and simple :) Tips for once you get shamans down: If not using alts to afk grind in canyon, use the temple. Any of the outside tiles except the northern wall will prevent jumps, and the spawns have smaller AoE here exclusively. Only need 1 tile of gap. Also, diagonal movements between the walls avoid leaps further, if standing too close to some of the rubble your pathing may require an extra tick which could lead to a leap. The temple being smaller, and the benefit of the smaller spawn bombs make it the ideal place to grind chill slayer tasks. But canyon with alts is still the best. Won't know until you do it 😅
