When i started watching your videos a few years ago, your son (Jaxon/Jackson) was just a toddler. Can't believe my eyes when he appeared on-screen, how big he is, how much he's grown. I know you have another son, he's likely the same way. Gosh, it's making me feel old 😂

Great to see kids out trapping. I’m a teacher in BC and I take students out to my trapline 4-5 days a week. We also document our adventures on our channel. Right now we are focusing on beavers and otters. We don’t catch many muskrats.
@abedriedger20 сағат бұрын
Sounds like you’re having a great time teaching the next generation about trapping.

KZbin plays adds on my videos and I don’t make a cent from any of them, KZbin makes there own rules that can change subject to them, there anti hunting and anti firearm so they slam channels that have this content. The joke of it is I can’t have a firearm related sponsor but they can play a firearm related add on my video. Once you upload to KZbin they own your content and could flag and shut down your channel any time they want. I just post to help other people hunting or trapping but I don’t think KZbin should be making money from my content.

KZbin is not doing nothing. They are supplying the platform for your videos. What are you paying to have your video's on their platform? Nothing? That should be illegal by your stance.

Not much a guy can do. It’s their platform and their rules. I get the odd video demonized some I dispute and others I don’t think it’s worth the headache.

Totally agree with you. I have enjoyed your trapping videos and they have helped me with honing my trapping skills , Commercial = $$ and it should be shared with the author of the videos.

I agree with you Abe! It should be Illegal! I have watched your KZbin videos for years now. I appreciate you taking your time to make them! Personally I liked your Wolf and Coyote snaring videos the best. Thank you and good luck.

You may find that if you read the fine print, that if you post on their site, they become owners of your content, and they can do what they like with your videos. Only thing you possibly could do is to pull your content and try to post somewhere else.
@WildAboutBeingOutdoors6 күн бұрын
That definitely sucks Abe . I would definitely be bringing it to there attention.
@moonshinetrapper79766 күн бұрын
It’s a shame they are doing this to you, but when you have bleeding heart liberals running things things like this can & will happen they are trying their best to run people out of u- tube that trap,hunt & probably fishing, anything that they don’t agree with!! But whatever you do I wish you the best & I’ll still watch whatever you post!!
@luckytrapper76566 күн бұрын
I think you are absolutely correct. KZbin is doing the same with other video producers doing trapping, hunting, and anything to do about the 2nd amendment.

Sorry to hear. I’ve always loved your content

Yes I agree . But the only way around it is to get remonitised or if you feel that strongly , delete your channel .

Meet the KZbin Partner Program (YPP) requirements Have at least 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours in the past 12 months. This could be 4,000 viewers watching one hour of your content, 8,000 viewers watching 30 minutes, or 240,000 viewers watching one minute each

During the ice age there were bear sized beavers that were 300-500 lbs. Even then these beavers are the 2nd largest rodents in the world besides the capybara in South America, and this is an unusually large specimen!
