Came here to possibly support you after seeing you on Haul Yeah's live stream just now (sadly, I didn't get to watch it live), and wanted to watch your intro video. First impression; love your channel name; it gets right to the point so everyone knows who you love! I am in the same boat as you, I watched YT for years, and during Covid, where I started working at home; I came up with the idea for a YT channel. I have had quite a few since then, but my "wife's and I's" channel is easy to do, because it is just me cooking dinner mostly, and feeding my family (strange how people like to watch people eat, but I get it). But, I wanted something that I was passionate about, just me! So I looked up "Comic books" on YT, which I had never done before, and lo and behold...... A virtual plethora of channels! WOW, I was in Comic heaven! I have not had a chance to find everyone's channel yet; but glad I was led here. I personally LOVED your Multiple copies of Wolverine #1! I say, be like a Pokemon trainer, and "Catch em all"! 😂I enjoy people who are super passionate about a character, and you young man, you fit that bill! *Happy to be your new subscriber **#120**!* Best wishes on the road to 1K brother. I look forward to watching more of your videos. Have a great rest of your week. _Skol ~ Son of Crom_

Very nice presentation. I enjoy hearing from fans who talk about characters and stories that impacted them. For me, it’s the Alan Moore Miracleman run (1-16). I never read the Geoff John’s Green Lantern run. I hope there’s a TPB compilation. As for Wolverine 145 Nabisco variant: I’m curious where you heard/read that the print-run for that variant was 500. I own a copy that’s currently being graded at CGC.

@txmoney Thanks! I've heard great things about Miracleman. I heard about the nabisco variant in another video and checked a few websites that stated the same. There's a chance we could all be wrong, but as I've said, I've never seen one in the wild, so it would make sense.

I'm a comics retailer and I love how you're calling out all the things that retailers should never, ever do. Pricing clearly & packing boxes too tight are two of my biggest pains when I'm getting punters feeding back to me about other dealers. Apart from the fact it's better to attract customers and make money, it saves the retailer a huge amount of work. Also I know a lot of cons charge a hell of a lot & I know all too well about that and how all the other things like transport, wages, bags, boards, etc all mount up but there's still far too many dealers pulling prices out of the air for some of their stock. I've done cons where other dealers are complaining of poor sales but I've been loading empty boxes in the van & taken tons of money because I'm not doing that. Anyhow, nice video. Excuse the rant!
@BoneClawsComics2 ай бұрын
@glennmiller3145 thanks for watching. If you can make the buyer experience better/easier you're going to sell more, basic business. I understand a small con markup but too many are nowhere market value. But with cons like this there are tons of really great sellers who do everything you're mentioning right.

Not here to be condescending, as I'm not really knowledgeable in the Bronze Age myself. I know the 70s for the most part is considered the Bronze Age. No one really talks about where the Bronze Age ends, but the mid 80s with Crisis on Infinite Earths by DC and Secret Wars by Marvel ushers in the copper age. So if that Demon book is 1987 it'll largely be considered the Copper Age.
