How do you deal with repairs? The laundromat I use always has a couple of machines down, because either parts aren't readily available, or there is no repair person available. Nice operation you got there. Repair guys also charge quite a bit, when you can get them.

Hi! Your content really stands out, and I appreciate the effort you put into your videos. However, I noticed that there are some areas for improvement that could help you reach a wider audience and increase your subscriber base. It’s crucial to ensure that your hard work translates into visible results, and I believe that with a few adjustments, you could achieve just that. I’d be happy to point out the specific issues I’ve identified in your videos and share how to effectively address them. Only say 'yes' if you’re committed to taking your channel to the next level!

Barbed wire is not allowed in many places, and fencing should be decorative... Unless your property is out in the country, or you have a bad neighbors around. Security Fencing can scare buyers away. Research it, Most folks don’t want to feel like they live in a compound. If everyone built a fence like this, the world would look like a prison.

You should track your sales by machine size. How many turns by size of machine. And how sustainable is it for people to drop 36 quarters in a machine? You should change over to dollar coins.

Been checking out videos. Everything looks good. I like the cleanliness for sure. Definitely think that is a great tip for running that kind of a business. We are actually looking at getting our own started up. My main questions really would be is how you got started on that business ? How did you like find the right location ? What are costs of starting up that kind of business. I have my normal 9-5 job, but I also have my side business in vending and just looking to expand and eventually get out of that whole corporate aspect. Would love to learn more about how you got it started ? What it takes to invest in something like that ? Tips of growing customer base ? What you seen has worked and hasn't worked.

@@macLou1124 I bought an old laundromat that someone wasn’t taking care of. I was able to buy the building as well. I have been flipping houses and buying rentals for awhile. So I had access to hard money lenders. I would look for mom and pop joints that have been around for awhile. Figure out how to get in contact with them and try to get them to seller finance it to you!
