What about vagus nerve mam? plz make a video on that … none of above work unless vagus nerve is taken care of .. i have done laughter, talk, acceptance everything but when i worked on my vagus nerve by meditation, massage , omega 3 , gargling, humming etc …. i felt relieved and calm and got rid of mental anxieties and worries.
