We all pretended to be Tony Hawk when we skated Wallows back in the 1990s. I broke my hand there and my mom, a tough love ER nurse, made me catch the bus to the Queen's ER. Thanks for this video, it totally made me smile. And can someone get the City and County to maintain this priceless piece of skater history! All those overgrown weeds and hale koa trees ;-(

The crash pads and ropes are smart. I saw some young Japanese skaters doing something similar. I like how the East Asian skateboarding community is coming up with progressive ideas
