Wow...what a mess,.005 has been determined to be the norm for both intake and exhaust. One angled feeler gauge is all that's necessary.. and you remember loose is always better than too tight.

All of the feeler gauges lying on a dirty concrete floor is a big NO-NO for me.

Logan Buehrer Hey Logan, too bad the owner doesn’t answer. I am on a pretty similar project and you can find it here on KZbin. kzbin.info/www/bejne/sHeyhp5vjpiLjJI I added English subtitles, since I am talking in German there. You will find some answers there and your missing answers will be part of episode 2 Best regards Dee

New Lion, it is a bit louder than Honda, but the phone mic is distorting its true sound level. Also in econo mode it is extremely quiet

Pretty impressive .. Do you have a video explaning the intallation ?

Did not video it, and it was a long time ago, so forgetting (haha), but as I recall, this kit should be very similar to what I installed, and it comes with instructions. Also, one call to Coleman should hook you up, which is how I think i started out. Good luck My friend! www.amazon.com/Coleman-Start-Device-Kit-9333-9021/dp/B004RCR7GM?SubscriptionId=AKIAILSHYYTFIVPWUY6Q&tag=duckduckgo-d-20&linkCode=xm2&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B004RCR7GM#HLCXComparisonWidget_feature_div

A start capacitor charges up automatically and delivers additional amp starting power to the air conditioning unit. Think of it as a miniature battery... Upon starting the air conditioner the capacitor delivers its power into the circuit and prevents overload. Without one the generator would probably overload and trigger the circuit breaker. Start capacitors are very inexpensive and very easy to install. They make all the difference!
