Absolutely did not get it right. Alabama should be in. You take the best teams, not the teams who win cupcake schedules. The seedings don't even make sense with SMU being ahead of Clemson. This is 100% a "Make-A-Wish" playoff selection. They'll change it after this year. Committee got pressured into putting in SMU who will be an early exit, while Alabama actually had a shot of winning it all. Sure, argue all you want about Alabama losing to bad teams, but you can't ignore the entire resume and SOS. SMU's "close loss" to Clemson that everyone glorifies is a Clemson team that lost to both Georgia and South Carolina who Alabama beat. SMU does not have ONE TOP 25 win and their schedule on top of that is in the 70-80's rank wise. The committee not only has just said that SOS doesn't matter, but that conference championships don't matter either, because now it's "hey no matter what during your conference championship game we'll put you in the playoff... OH and by the way just schedule cupcakes all year because we value quantity over quality." Absolute joke of a committee, and they know they made the wrong decision.

I agree with Alabama can beat all the teams in tournament.. but like every playoffs there is a format to get in.. beginning on the season nobody thought that bama would not make it in.. beat vandy and their in.. no one saw this playing out like this.. they will make changes.. but I hope not many cuz it will never stop.. just like the 4 team playoffs the 5th team always thought they deserved in.. thanks for the comment

GA can easily win by 10+. Night game in Athens, prime time, do or die - theyll be focused. When they're focused they play well.
