door is not meant to hold that much weight,doesn't look like much but the door already is heavy on those hinges so any extra weight,and u will eventually start cracking the door where they weld the studs on so u can bolt on the door,remove factory bolts find longer ones along with washer n nuts,find some off cut metal over 1ml thick,mark up hole drill holes,run plates on the inside of door frame,insert new bolts,be sure they are the same thread as u will have to go through the original thread till u reach the plate then washer n nut to clamp it all together and done,your door wont fall off, your welcome😊

I feel like that’s just a big hassle when you can get grade 8 bolts to replace the factory ones which will do everything of which that you said. Nonetheless considering it already replaces the original panel and the door is already capable of holding the wheel and tire I think this extra 50 lbs at most ain’t gonna hurt it.

its the carpet direction that changes how it looks when you redo it hold it up to the drawers you want to match and rotate the carpet piece so it look right make sure you do it holding the carpet vertically up to the peace

What L/100 are you getting for the Ranger with the canopy and rtt? Setup looks good, easy to do weekenders without having to pack/unpack a lot.

About 12L/100 on average with day to day travel, does really with with long straight travel tho. Yeah setup is great for weekend trip but also works really well for longer trips. Video in the works of a few of the mods mentioned in the vid.

What’s the length of the mattress? Comfortable for 1.87m guy?

The mattress is about 190cm, might need to make sure have a bigger false floor and will have to have the chairs pushed slightly more forward, but i am 182cm and fit pretty comfortably
