It wouldn't matter one bit. It's a Tech 2 vs a Tech 3 unit. The apocalypse tank deals a disproportionately large amount of damage even just from a single gun compared to the AD, and it has two of them, plus it has self repair. The problem isnt that the assault destroyer can't tank damage. The problem is the assault destroyer is a notoriously bad damage dealer. Activating black hole armor is only going to reduce the amount of damage a group is going to deal.

My favourite unit is the Purifier with the Flame upgrade. You get a small squad of them, set them to aggressive stance, and just walk through the enemy bases. The Purifying flame they will just burn everything quick. Flame tank is also fantastic but not as tanky.

Can you told me what best Allied weapon to beat Akuka sub? I see there only Japan have powerful weapon to beat Soviet units! such Naginata level 3 can beat two Akula sub, Giga fotress will easily wiped out akula class! for anti air unit, Japan have Mecha Tengu hybrid fighter and IFV... 6 Mecha Tengu will easily take down 3 Kirov airship compared to Allied fighter! also Seawing and Rocket Angels very strong to shoot down any enemies air units. But for Allied I don't know what the best weapon??

Assault destroyer is very weak in my opinion. It is not as tanky as it looks and deals so less damage. In it description says its anti armor but no damage to armored structures and vehicles

Assault destroyer has 1200hp vs apocalypse tank 3000hp. Also assault destroyer weapon is only 125 damage vs apocalypse tank 100*2= 200 damage.

Assault destroyer is a bullet sponge, it as a unit is not strong for its cost but its ability is what makes it an amazing unit
